info@hand Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook
The info@hand plug-in for Microsoft Outlook utilizes the info@hand web services SOAP interface to integrate CRM functionality into Outlook. No server components or modifications are needed to use the plug-in. The plug-in is simply installed and configured on each client PC or notebook that needs this capability, and enhances the Outlook client installed on that computer. (See info@hand Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook - User Guide)
Note: For most Outlook users, we do not recommend the use of an Outlook plugin. Instead, we recommend entering contacts, calendar items and notes in info@hand. Email can easily be passed from Outlook to info@hand, or vice versa - see pages 14-16 of the info@hand Implementation Guide. Contact information can easily be passed to Outlook as well. Accordingly, we no longer offer support for the info@hand Plugin for Microsoft Outlook, although the plugin is available free to all clients.
The info@hand plug-in offers the following functionality via the Outlook menu system, or the info@hand menu bar which is added to Outlook:

![]()
- Open up info@hand in a browser session

- Create a new Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, or Case within info@hand

The info@hand Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook was designed for use with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 only. It is not compatible with Outlook Express, or Outlook 2000. You may download the plug-in here to test it out with our public demo site, or with your own free 30-day trial site.
