info@hand is available in two forms:

  • As software you install on your own server, or that of a local ISP. We call this the On Premise option.
  • As a hosted service. You just use a web URL that is set up for you, and never have to install the software or maintain a server. We call this the On Demand option.

If you need software implementation, consulting, customization or other services, or if you want to use info@hand in a language other than English, and receive support in that language, you would be better served by purchasing On Premise software from a partner. On Premise Software

On Demand Service
  1. You need your own server, you need to install info@hand on it, and you need to maintain it.
  1. You just use a web site set up for you by one of our delivery partners.
  1. You own the software, and your direct costs are much lower.
  1. You pay as you go, and you don't have to pay for your own network and server admin staff.
  1. Data is safely under your own control. And customization and integration with other systems can be easier.
  1. Your info@hand delivery partner can host, manage updates and backups, and customize the system for any special requirements. Internet access can be securely encrypted.
